Payment Procedure

 When you have found the item you would like to purchace, clicking the ADD TO CART button will store the item on your own personalised shopping cart. Here you can review your items before making final payment. You can review the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the many VIEW CART buttons on the site.
Payments can be made with all major credit cards or through an existing Paypal account if you have one. If you have requested an item via e-mail you will be sent a payment e-mail which can be paid for in the same way.

Credit Card Security

 My web site uses PayPal secure server for all transactions. The security of your information, transactions and money is the core of the PayPal business and our top priority. All sensitive information sent between your computer and the payment server is automatically encrypted to the highest security standards.

Your computer:
When registering or logging in to our sites payment cart we will automatically verify that your Internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher before allowing payment.

In transit:
Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).

PayPal servers:
Your personal information is stored on servers and heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further shield your credit card and bank numbers, the firewall-protected servers do not directly connect to the internet.

PayPal takes the privacy of your personal and financial information very seriously and uses your information only in accordance with the terms of their Privacy Policy.

Your financial information is never revealed to anyone, whether you are sending or receiving payments through PayPal, unless they have your express permission or if they are required to do so by law.

Return Procedure

I hope you will be completly satisfied with your cards. However, if you receive a card that is not to your satisfaction I will gladly refund the cost of the card(s), provided that it is unused and returned within 14 days.
Please contact me and I will let you know the return address as we do not provide the address on the website due to being swamped with marketing. Return payments will be sent directly to the account that original payment came from. Please allow up to 5 working days for this process to be fully completed.

Postage

All items posted to the UK are sent second class recorded delivery and is free for all UK addresses. European and Rest of world orders will be sent standard second class airmail and this option should be selected before adding the item to the cart. I aim to send all items within 48 hours of cleared payment and the same day if possible, please understand that I may need slightly more time to be able to design a bespoke card for your specified requirements. All items will be packed securely and should reach you in perfect condition.
